HD_bootiful_day_element_016_tgs
HD_bootiful_day_element_052_tgs
HD_bootiful_day_element_079_tgs
HD_bootiful_day_element_085_tgs
HD_bootiful_day_element_086_tgs
Open a new 600 x 250 transparent image
Copy and paste HD_bootiful_day_paper_001_tgs on your tag
Copy and paste HD_bootiful_day_element_011_tgs on your tag and move it to the right and change the blend mode to multiply Paste HD_bootiful_day_element_052_tgs on your tag and move it to the right
Duplicate HD_bootiful_day_element_052_tgs - image - mirror
Paste HD_bootiful_day_element_079_tgs over the clouds and change the blend mode to soft light
Resize HD_bootiful_day_element_086_tgs to 300 x 300 and paste on your tag and move to the top left
Resize HD_bootiful_day_element_016_tgs to 98 x 300 and paste on your tag under the moon
Resize HD_bootiful_day_element_085_tgs to 292 x 300 and paste on your tag over the ghost with the pumpkin head
Copy and paste HD_bootiful_day_element_09_tgs on your tag
Add new raster - selections - select all - modify - select selction borders and use my settings

flood fill with a gradient from your tag - adjust - add/remove noise - add noise and experiment with your settings and add a inner bevel
Redo the border but instead of 4 put it to 6
Add your name and copyright and your done
