Blue Christmas - new tut

This tutorial was written for those who have a basic knowledge of psp

This tuttorial was written psp x2

Supplies Needed

Tube of choice(with close up)

Scrap kit - Blue Christmas by Jill which you can buy HERE

Animation shop(optional)

BC_glitter2_cbj

BC_paper03_cbj

BC_present2_cbj

Lets Get Started
Open a new 500 x 500 transparent image

Resize BC_frame3_cbj to 455 x 460 and paste on to your image

Paste BC_paper03_cbj on your tag - select the frame layer and click the middle with your magic wand and in the space of the candy cane  - selections - modify - expand by 25

Select the paper layer - selections - invert - hit delete on your keyboard - select none - layers - arrange - send to bottom

Paste BC_glitter2_cbj on your tag and arrange it a layer above the paper - with your magic wand and your paper layer selected click the middle - selections - invert - select the glitter and hit delete on your keyboard

Paste your tube closeup and arrange so the face is in the center of the frame - arrange it a layer above the glitter - select the paper layer - with the magic wand click the middle of the paper - selections - invert - select the tube layer and hit delete 

Change the blend mode on the tube layer to soft light or something that you like

Paste the body tube on your tag - duplicate it and move one under the frame

Depending on the tube you have chosen you may have to erase the bottom half of it(presents will cover some up if its not fully erased)

Resize BC_tree_cbj to 190 x 275 and paste on your tag to the upper right corner 

 Resize BC_present2_cbj to 147 x 125 and paste on your tag to the bottom left right over the bottom of your tube

Reszie BC_present1_cbj to 158 x 124 and paste on your tag to the right of the 2nd present

For No Animation

click the close up tube layer and paste BC_snowoverlay_cbj - use the magic wand - select the paper layer - selections - invert - select snow layer and hit delete 

Add your name and copyright

Save as PNG and your finished

(you can go through and add drop shadows if you would like)

With Animation

(remember no drop shadow unless theres a colored background)

Open up animation shop

click the close up tube layer and paste BC_snowoverlay_cbj - use the magic wand - select the paper layer - selections - invert - select snow layer and hit delete 

Copy merged and paste into animation shop

Delete the snow layer and paste again but move down and to the right just a bit - use the magic wand - select the paper layer - selections - invert - select snow layer and hit delete 

Copy merged - and paste after current animation

Delete the snow layer and paste again but move down and to the left(lower than the frame before) - use the magic wand - select the paper layer - selections - invert - select snow layer and hit delete

Copy merged - and paste after current animation

Delete the snow layer and paste again but move down and to the right (lower than the frame before) - use the magic wand - select the paper layer - selections - invert - select snow layer and hit delete

Copy merged - and paste after current animation

Select the first frame - and click CTRL + A to select all - animation - frame properties - i changed mine to 20 but you can play around and chose what you like

Add your name and copyright 

Save as gif and your finished
