Tube of choice( im using the great artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which you can buy HERE)

Scrap kit - Sweet Heart by lacarolita which you can buy HERE

Lets Get Started

Open Lacarolita_Sweet Heart ribbonheart2 and resize to 600 x 536 - open paper7 and paste on to your frame / layers / arrange / send to bottom / go to the frame layer and with your magic wand select the center layer / modify / expand / expand by 3 / go to the paper layer and hit delete / select none

Paste the tube closeup on the tag and move to the right side of the tag / layers / arrange / send to bottom / duplicate / image / mirror - go to paper layer and with your magic wand hit the center of the paper(you may need to play around with your tolerance) - go back to your 2 tube layers and hit delete(make sure you move them both above the paper layer and change the blend mode to screen)

Resize Lacarolita_Sweet Heart rose 3 to 258 x 411 paste it on your tag and move it to the left - resize Lacarolita_Sweet Heart Heart ribbon 5 to 135 x 531 and paste on your tag / with your eraser tool erase the top ribbon (see mine for reference) 

Paste your tube on your tag and leave centered - resize Lacarolita_Sweet Heart ribbon1 to 548 x 156 and paste on your tag / move to the bottom half of the tube (but leave it on top of the tube) resize Lacarolita_Sweet Heart iloveyou basket to 261 x 296 and paste on your tag and to the right(keep it over the ribbon and the tube
